Annual Spring Book Sale  (See News page for dates and times.)

The Friends' Annual Spring Book Sale is our largest fund-raising event, and a good time too!

We offer for sale over 10,000 gently used book titles, videos, tapes, CDs, and DVDs. in dozens of categories.  We invite donations of books and materials from the commuity. Friends volunteer their time to sort, move, and organize materials before and during the sale.

As a bonus for joining the group, Friends members are invited to a sneak-preview and the opportunity to purchase items the night before the sale.

The 2009 book sale was very successful in meeting our goal of raisiing $7300 to fund the children's summer reading program and purchase 6 computers for the library.  A "thank you" goes out to the many Germantown residents who donated books regularly for the sale.  Many hours were spent by our members and faithful volunteers sorting, arranging and tending the book sale. We thank all of you for its success.

We are presently seeking books, videos, CDs and tape donations for our 2010 Spring Book Sale to be held March 25th-28th, 2010.   Bring donations to the library.

The 2008 Annual Book Sale earned $6388, available to the library for future needs.

The 2009 Annual Book Sale earned more than $7300.
